Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement.

Returning Your Order
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the relevant goods without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
Products should be handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining products in a physical shop.
Refund
Where a valid statutory withdrawal applies, we will reimburse payments as required by applicable law, including eligible standard delivery costs where applicable.
Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option may not be refundable.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning products when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where an exception under applicable law applies.
This may include, depending on the circumstances, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed after delivery.
Nothing on this page limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
Rosy Clothing also offers eligible customers a 30-day return policy.
Our commercial return policy is separate from your statutory EU right of withdrawal and does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.
